- Data controller
- Alessandro Mandruzzato, LAPOVISION, Milan and Monte-Carlo. alessandro@lapovision.studio.
- What I collect
- When you write to me or ask for a brochure, I keep what you send: your name, company and role, how you found the boat, and your e-mail address. Nothing else, and no form. This site sets no cookies, loads no trackers or analytics, and stores nothing in your browser.
- Legal basis
- Because you asked me. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)); where that does not apply, my legitimate interest in answering you (art. 6(1)(f)).
- How long I keep it
- Twelve months from our last exchange, then it is deleted.
- Your rights
- Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and a complaint to your supervisory authority. Write to alessandro@lapovision.studio. Answering you is not marketing: if you would rather not hear from me again, say so and I will not write again.
- When I write to you first
- Now and then I write to a shipyard, a broker, a studio or an editor who has never written to me, to propose a collaboration or to show a piece of work. Your name, role, company and professional e-mail address come from a public page: your company website, a team or press page, a public professional profile, the exhibitor list of a boat show. The mail itself says which page, and on which day I read it. I write once, by hand, to one named person: no list, no series, no automated sending, and I pass your address to no one. Promotional messages go only to those who have asked for them. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in proposing my work to people whose job is to receive proposals like this (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)); this page is the information due under art. 14, and my first mail links to it. If you do not answer, I delete your data after twelve months and I do not write again. If you would rather hear nothing at all, one line is enough: I stop and I delete. Your rights are the ones above, at the same address.
